These are pictures from July 2011. We do lots of work on the floor. We get the beams finished by mid month and get a third of the joists up.

July 1st, 2011 - We get the main beam done up to 4 posts.

July 6th, 2011 - We get started on the second beam. There's 3 in total because the second beam is split by the stairs.

July 8th, 2011 - We're on a roll and finish the second beam, start and finish the third.

July 15th, 2011 - We start on the joists. The first day we only get 2 done but they have a lot of braces between them.

July 16th, 2011 - Once we get the first 2 joists done they just roll along. we get 10 done including headers.

July 24th, 2011 - We complete the joists to the fireplace and library.
